Whether you have seconds, minutes, days, months, years of it, your time belongs to you. You can’t control time unless you share it with others. Jack is the tool that allows you to send messages that can only be opened…when you want them to be.
In order to send one of your friends or family members a Jack, you’ll need to select them from the Recipients page by tapping the Create New Jack button in the top right corner of the messages screen. You’ll need to choose at least one person to send a Jack to but if you’re wanting more just tap on their information and the Jack will be sent to them as well. You can even choose to send it to yourself, if you’re daring enough!
Once you’ve selected the recipients it’s time to give your Jack a little personality by adding in a photo or video along with a personal message. You can choose to take a new photo or video directly with the camera from within You Have a Jack, or you can choose one from your library. Once the photo or video has been selected, you’ll then want to write out a message to the person/persons that you’re sending this Jack to! Make it unique or make it personal, it’s totally up to you.
Now, that you’ve got a photo or video selected it’s time to select when you want the Jack to be sent. By default, the Jack will be sent one hour after you’ve created it but you can add as much time onto it as you want, this is a waiting game after all! Once the time has been selected it’ll be sent immediately to the recipients that you’ve selected and that’s where the real fun begins.
Once you’ve been sent a Jack, you cannot open it until the designated time! You’ll see that someone has sent you something but tapping on it before the appropriate time will give you nothing but a message telling you to wait! But once that timer has ended, it’s time to view the Jack that was sent!!
