Workout App: Gym Routines Tracker & Trainer Plan

Workout with confidence with everything you need to get great results at the gym. Use Workout as your personal trainer and see your body improve, fast!

When you first launch Workout App you’ll be brought into the Exercises menu where you can see a 360 view of the categories of workouts that Workout App has to offer. This will allow you to target a specific region of your body that you want to work on by doing exercises that will target that region. More on the exercise details below.

The Workouts tab is the personal trainer of the Workout App. In this section, you will be able to select from the free “Get in Shape” class that will give you two complete workout routines that will show you, in detail, the exercises that need to be done in order to get in shape. If you are wanting more advanced courses such as “Athlete Body”, “Sexy Legs”, “Awesome Legs”, and others can be purchased with an in-app-purchase.

No matter how you get there, either by the Exercises or Workouts tabs, the detailed view of the Excercise that you will be doing will be exactly the same. While viewing a specific exercise, you’ll be able to see an image of what it’s going to look like, a video of the instructor doing the exercises, written instructions on how to perform the exercise, and the different variations that you can do to make this best suited for your body. What’s awesome is that with each variation you’ll get another set of photos and/or instructions that will show you how to modify the routine to best suit your needs!

To check-in and see how you’re doing with your Workouts, hop into the Progress tab. Here you can view statistics of your workouts, what you’ve completed, and more. This is great to help keep track of the various workouts that you’ve done to ensure that you don’t do the same thing two days in a row!
