Whether you have a small business, a large enterprise, or just for personal or household use, this app is for you. When we open the application we can see our different cabinets. Within each of the cabinets, we have different folders to organize all of our items. You can either add new cabinets, or add folders within cabinets and give them specific names. Open a folder with some documents in it, and select your document for it to load right within the app. we can open it in another application, email or share it, print it, send it via fax, or via message within the app or save it in our briefcase. We can add annotations, stamps and more, add an item to our favorites, and view the properties and more information on the document. View any items in your offline briefcase, import an item via photo or from your camera roll, search for an item within the app or view your favorites. You can set favorite cabinets, folders and documents. Send a message from within the app; adjust who it is to, the subject and the body. If we want to sign a document within the app we can sign it or create a signature stamp. Simply select manage stamps, press the plus button and create a signature stamp. In your signature mode, you can add in your signature stamp. And resize it to fit the document. In the administration of the application you can see that we can manage sub users, manage our contacts, tags and stamps. We can add sub users, and give them access to certain cabinets.
