Top 5 Reasons to Buy the New Microsoft Surface Pro

Wondering if the new Surface Pro is for you? Check out our Top 5 Reasons to Buy the New Microsoft Surface Pro.

Reason #1: Extremely Versatile

Laptop Mode The Surface pro transitions quickly to Laptop Mode with its responsive, attachable keyboard.
Studio Mode There is a good, full range of motion for various resting positions provided by the robust hinge of the kickstand. This makes using the pen a very enjoyable experince.
Tablet Mode Comfortable and easy to hold, the Surface Pro has an all around great tablet feel.

Reason #2: Long Lasting Battery

The Surface Pro’s battery can last up to 13.5 Hours of consistent video playback. I was easily able to stream four episodes of an hour long show and I still had a good amount of battery life leftover. This is truly an all-day portable device.

Reason #3: Great Media Device

The audio provided by its speakers is good for its size and the 12.3″ screen with 2736 x 1824 resolution (267 Pixels Per Inch) is really nice. So far, the i5 processor has done a respectable job handling all of the various media related programs that I wasn’t able to run on similar portable devices.

Reason #4: Portable and Quiet

The i5 and i3 versions are completely fanless, and therefore silent. The i7 version has a fan, but they’ve refined its design to be much quieter than previous i7 variants.

Weighing in at only 1.7 lbs when the keyboard is detached makes the Surface Pro extremely easy to handle and carry with you.

Reason #5: More than a Tablet

The New Surface Pro comes with a full Windows OS installed and has the ability to smoothly run the full versions of the programs I regularly use in my daily life. This makes the new Surface Pro the tablet for me.

When you add the Pen to the experience, the Surface Pro becomes even more useful. The quality and design of the pen is the best I’ve used. It integrates extremely well with the Surface Pro and the functionality is very intuitive. When compared to the pen experience of other devices, the Surface Pro really shines. While the Apple Pen is a strong performer and works well with the new iPad Pro, the Surface Pro Pen experience edges it out.
