ServaBid uses mobile video to solve problems in the “real world”.
ServaBid is a FREE mobile app that uses video to connect consumers with service providers for getting work done in virtually ANY area. Once installed, the app can be configured to run under either a consumer or service provider profile. Consumers create video “Tasks” describing things they want done. The consumer Tasks are categorized for search by using hashtags. Service providers (individuals or businesses) place bids on completing consumer Tasks. Consumers can accept, decline, or negotiate received bids. Consumer contact information is kept confidential, and only shared with a service provider once a bid has been accepted. Consumers can post video “Results” for completed Tasks — a powerful way to actually display the final outcome, and quality of a service provider’s work. If desired, consumers can also directly search for service providers based on their locale, and areas of expertise.
– Consumers no longer have to spend evenings and weekends meeting with service providers to receive bids for work they need done. By taking a quick video showing what they need done, they’ll have service providers bidding on their projects.
