Recruit Me app is a marketplace for temporary / permanent job seekers, freelancers and potential employers to have a streamlined exchange of job requirements and job recruitment, right from their phones.

From the login page, you’ll need to select to create either an Employer or an Employee account before you can actually start using Recruit Me. The actual menu structure and navigation of Recruit Me will remain the same no matter what you choose it’ll just be the options for posting that will be different with each different account.
As an Employer on Recruit Me, you’ll be able to post job listings that potential Employees can be vetted for. You’ll have options such as job description, skills required, dates of work, type of work offered, distance willing to travel, and the rate of pay. Once you have filled all of the information about a job, it will then post to Recruit Me and any Employee that matches your job requirements will then show in the Seach tab. From here you’ll be able to go through potential employees and see if they are a match for you. If you find someone you like, tap on the Thumbs Up button and if they also like you back you’ll be able to start a line of communication and hopefully fill the position you’ve posted.
As an Employee on Recruit Me, you’ll be able to post your availability and willingness to take on projects that an Employer can hire you for. When setting up your profile make sure and add all of the skills that you have as those will be used to match you to potential job postings. When you post an Ad for a job you’ll only be able to select dates of work, distance willing to travel, and your current location, everything else will be dependent upon the skills you’ve selected in the account creation. Once you’ve posted an Ad you’ll be able to see any potential jobs in the Search tab and from there you can begin weeding through potential jobs to find the perfect match for you. Once you’ve found a posting you’re interested in, you’ll want to Thumbs Up the Employer and if they do the same then you can start an open dialog and hopefully land that job posting.
