You’ve got to ask yourself a question, where is one of the best places for someone to get all of the details about your life? On social media, right!? Right! We post photos, status updates, important articles, cool videos, funny gifs, etc to our social media accounts multiple times a day. This gives our audience a great insight as to what we like and who we are as individuals. With Pushdot, you can take all of your meaningful social media profiles, web addresses, email, and more and share them with people you are networking with faster and easier than ever before!
Upon launching Pushdot for the first time, you’ll be asked to create an account in order to share all of your Contact Details with the tap of a button. Your account will act as a catch-all for all of your social media profile links, email address, addresses, phone number, and more. Best of all, the person that you’re networking with doesn’t need Pushdot to get your messages, but it wouldn’t hurt for them to have it either!
When you’re ready to send all, or some, of your contact details to someone, tap on the Share button in the top right corner to the main screen. This will take you to the Share screen where you will see buttons for all of the links that you’ve added to your Contact Details as well as fields for Networking on Facebook, and entering in the person phone and/or email. All you need to do is tap on the link that you’d like to share, it’ll highlight to let you know it has been selected, and from there type in the phone number or email of the person that you’d like to share it with. If the person you’re networking with has Pushdot installed on their device you’ll see their account pop-up, tap on it and it will share it with them. If they are not a Pushdot user, Pushdot will automatically populate a text message or email for you that you can send to that individual, but it looks so much better with Pushdot!
After sharing your Contact Details with someone using Pushdot, they will be asked to confirm the connection and once they do they will then appear on the main screen. From there you can tap on their profile and see everything that you’ve shared with them as well as what they have shared with you. This is great because each one of the link buttons will actually take you to where you need to go! If it’s an Instagram link, Pushdot will open Instagram and take you to their profile, if it’s a phone number it’ll initiate a phone call, so on and so forth. This takes the guessing work out of making sure that you’ve got the right person! And as you connect more, your connections will show up in your address book by tapping on the Contacts in the top left of the main menu!
