Pebble Time and Pebble Time Steel are the successors to the wildly popular Pebble, arguably the first smartwatch available. Although both were launched on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, the funding goal of $500,000 for this brand new version was met twice over in the first 30 minutes of the campaign, and eventually raised more than 20 million dollars in funding (making it the most funded Kickstarter campaign ever).
