MobileDay is the fastest, most reliable way to dial into any call from your mobile device. With just one touch, the MobileDay app launches you into any call, conference bridge, or online meeting. Plus, a real person tests and validates each dial-in sequence, ensuring that you have dependable access to every call made with MobileDay.
Upon launching MobileDay, you’ll be brought into the My Day view where you can see all of your upcoming events. By default, MobileDay will show you all events that are in your calendar but you can jump into the settings and have it narrow the list down to all calls or just conference calls to make things easier.
You’ll notice that each event has the basics shown such as the time, name, and location but also feature an Edit, Running Late, and Call button. The Edit button will allow you to edit the details of the event, the Running Late button will help you notify the Attendees/Invitees that you are running late, and the Call button will quickly join you into the conference call using your Call Settings. Once you’ve completed a call you’ll be asked to rate the call with either a thumbs up or thumbs down, this will help MobileDay ensure that you are getting the most dependable calls as possible.
To set up the Call Settings, you’ll want to tap on the “phone” button in the top right corner of the My Day view and you’ll be brought into the Make a Call page. From here, tapping on the Edit in the top right corner will help you set up Host, Guest, and Dynamic ID conference call settings. Each set up works the same, you’ll need to enter the conference call name, number, and ID numbers. Once you’ve done this you’ll be able to select from these services when creating a conference call event and they will also be used when tapping on the Call button from an event.
