As our smartphones become smarter and more powerful, they are better able to make our most common actions even faster. One of the best examples of this is autocorrect to fix errors in what we just typed. Now, our phones will even try and predict what we are going to say. Check out how to use predictive text on the iPhone 6.

- Whenever a keyboard is available, you will see a bar above the keyboard with three words. This is the iPhone attempting to predict what word you might type next, based on the context. Predictive type will even attempt to learn your typing habits based on where you are typing. For example, the iPhone might suggest different words when sending a message to a loved one as opposed to a coworker. The more you type, the more the iPhone learns.
- Tap on one of the words to enter that word in the text field with a trailing space. Punctuation will be automatically placed in the correct position if added after a predictive type word.
