It’s easy to install all kinds of apps on your phone, but what happens when you no longer need them, or you want to clear off some space on your phone? Here’s how to uninstall apps from your Nexus 6:
- From the home screen, open the Apps drawer (placed by default in the bottom row of icons).
- Tap and hold on the icon of the app you wish to uninstall.
- Drag to the top left of the screen where you see a trash can icon and the word Uninstall.
- Confirm that you wish to uninstall the app.
Apps can be deleted using the Play Store as well:
- Launch the Play Store app.
- Open the app menu using the menu button at the top left and tap on My Apps.
- Tap on the app you wish to uninstall, then tap the Uninstall button below the banner. Repeat for any other apps you wish to uninstall.
