The House Inspector app is a convenient way of making notes and storing photos during a property viewing. This can be great if you’re looking for a new place to live as it gives you an interactive checklist of what to look out for in your potential new home.
While you’re viewing a property open House Inspector and look at the interactive checklist. You’ll have categories answer such as Roofing and Guttering, Windows, Damp, Heating and Plumbing, Electricity, and more. In each one of the categories, you are asked a series of yes or no questions as you walk around the property, House Inspector will save those answers for your reference later on. Once you’ve completed all of the questions in each category, House Inspector will the give you an overall rating of the property.
After you’ve visited and rated multiple properties, House Inspector will then show you a comparison of each property. You’ll see how you rated each location and the maps, photos, price, and more will all be displayed on one convenient screen!
As you walk around the property, use House Inspector to store photos of the property so you can look back and remember what you liked, and didn’t like, about the home. House Inspector also has a notepad built in so you can quickly jot down your thoughts as you walk around. Once you’ve left the property, you can then use the notes when comparing all of the properties that you’ve visited.
As an added bonus, House Inspector has a compass that will assist you in mapping out the location so you know precisely where everything is location. If there is a fountain in the east of the backyard, pin it with the compass! It’s a great tool when looking back to help remember the layout of the property!
