Remember when dad built that shrink ray and accidently shrunk us because we were playing in the attic right in front of it and that inconveniently-placed 8 ball rolled down and activated the machine? Yeah me too.
Okay you caught me, that didn’t actually happen to me, but it did happen to this guy I know. It was crazy. All in all I think we can all agree that tiny things are more fun than regular-sized things. Think about it, you get a new puppy, but as soon as it isn’t miniature anymore you tell it to go lay down every time it comes near you. Same with children. Travel bottles of shampoo or mouthwash…those are the BEST.
Well there is an app developer that has caught onto this idea and developed a new app called Tiny Review. The whole concept of this is to give a review with 3 lines and a photo. No more comments like “TLDR” (That “Too Long, Didn’t Read” for those of you who don’t waste your life away on Warcraft).
First things first, connect with your Facebook, (they don’t post anything without your permission, they promise) Once this is done the user has access to the app. You can view by map or list to see what’s happening around you.
You can also “follow” people that tend to go places you would like to or you simply view them as trendsetters. Once you take your pic or choose one from your library, you are then give 3 lines to write out your review on.
An example is taking a picture of your pumpkin spice latte from starbucks and writing Starbuck, Pumpkin Spice, Is Back! Or that food place you love to go to : Quick, Fun, Delicious. The whole point is to take your picture and make your point.
This is different than a review that people can go on for days and days just writing about, it is concise and to the point. No more ranting about how there was a smudge in the left hand corner of the fifth tile from the right and it offended you because it reminded you of your ex girlfriend.
Twitter was really the start of short posts, limiting you to 140 characters, now you’re limited to 3 lines of words with this app, so make your point, review the place get off your phone and have some fun with your friends!
