When launching GoTucson you’ll have to select whether you are wanting to keep track of your Parking or if you are wanting to purchase a Transit pass. Selecting one of the two options will take you to the corresponding screen where you will complete the transaction for the selected action.
The Parking screen will allow you to keep track of your paid parking all on your phone. When entering a parking structure you’ll receive a parking voucher with a Zone number as well as a Space number, these numbers will be vital to use the GoTucson app. From the Parking screen, you’ll need to enter both numbers and once you have done so you will start a new Active Session where you can track all of the Metered information for your parking. This is great because you’ll know exactly where you parked and how much it’s going to cost you to continue to park there! You’ll never have to worry about parking hassles again.
The Tickets screen will also you to buy passes for one of the supported transit systems that allow the use of GoTucson. You can purchase a Single Boarding Fare, 1-Day Pass, or a 30-Day Pass. Select the pass that you are looking for, the screens after that are going to be the same no matter what pass you are going to get. Once you’ve selected the pass you want you will then select the number of passes, if you want to use the tickets now, and whether or not you want Express Fare. Once you’ve selected all of your options you can purchase the passes with your Credit/Debit Card, GoTucson Prepaid Wallet, and coupon codes with Validation. Once you’ve purchased the pass you’ll then have the pass on your screen along with a QR code that the drive will then use to validate your ticket purchase and let your ride the selected transit method you’ve purchased! Have all of your passes in one place, never lose them again.
