Today Google released Version 2.0 of the company’s iOS native Gmail app. Gmail 2.0 comes with many app enhancements such as multiple user accounts, infinite inbox scrolling, predictive search results and more. Also added to Gmail 2.0 is the ability to respond to Google Calendar invitations directly within the app and also post comments to Google+ posts.
Opening Gmail 2.0 you can see the heavy design influence that was brought from Sparrow, the email client that Google purchased earlier this year. The iOS Gmail application has seen slight updates since it’s release but this has to be the biggest change since it’s launch.
