Bark’N’Borrow

Bark‘N’Borrow is the perfect matchmaking service for dog lovers who can’t have a dog FULL TIME and dog owners who are in need of a helping hand on a PART TIME basis.

Bark’N’Borrow is broken up into three main categories; Sitters, Borrow, and Jobs. In order for you to take advantage of Bark’N’Borrow you’ll need to create an account, you can use Facebook to create your account to make things easier if you’d like to. Once your main account is created you’ll then need to sign up to Borrow, Find a Sitter, or Become a Sitter, more on the sign-up process below.

To ensure that you are your pet are safe, Bark’N’Borrow screens all users before they are allowed to become a Sitter or Borrower. The way that this is done is through a questionnaire that asks basic questions such as your pet’s name, age, gender, your location information, other pets, pet history, rate, and more. This will allow Bark’N’Borrow to mark a user as Verified User, meaning that it is someone that you can trust leaving your pet with. Once the process is done it’s either time to let someone borrow/watch your dog or it’s time for you to watch someone else’s dog!

To find a Sitter all you need to do is tap on the Sitters tab, here you will see a list of Verified users that are ready and available to watch your dog! You can slide out the menu on the left-hand side to narrow the search results should you need to. If you come across someone that interests you, tap on their profile image to read more about them. If you feel the person you’ve tapped on is a match, contact the sitter and if they accept you’ve got yourself a sitter! This process is very similar when looking to Borrow a dog or Jobs, you can tap to view profiles, contact the person, and slide out the menu to narrow results. Anyway you look at it, you are getting to spend more time with man’s best friend!

Never leave your best companion alone or with someone you don’t trust, Bark’N’Borrow is here to help you find the person you need!
