Upon launching ActivePrint, you’ll be brought into the main menu where you can being selecting different types of files that you’d like to print. You can select from files on iCloud, Photos, Camera, Notepad, Email, Contacts, Clipboard, Other Apps, and Last Printed. What’s really awesome is that you can print from anywhere as long as you have an active internet connection and ActivePrint System running on your PC, it’s a free download from the developer’s site.
To print something all you have to do is choose what you are wanting to print. For example, if you’d like to print a photo from your Photo Album you’ll need to select that menu, choose a photo, select the size you want to be printed, select a printed, and then boom, you’re done! It’s that simple and can be done with all of the files types supported.
While trying to print a document, you’ll be taken into the Printer Selection page, this is where you can view all of the printers on your network, Google Cloud Print, or any of the ones that you’ve set up with ActivePrint System. Once you’ve selected the printer that you want to use, your document will be sent to the printer and all you have to do is pick it up! It’s super simple and fast to print documents, photos, and more with ActivePrint!
